Kat Gordon is “Disrupting the Patriarchy.”

Kat Gordon is the founder of the 3% Conference which has now become the 3% Movement. The number, 3%, comes from her original calculation that showed that 97% of creative directors in the advertising business were men. And a mere 3% were women. Kat set out to change this abysmal ratio. And in six short years she has lead nothing short of a revolution and moved the number to 29%. Her work isn’t done by any stretch.
